At 24Kice, every piece is crafted with precision and care. Standard jewelry items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made, engraved, personalized, and bespoke jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For return requests, please contact our support team before shipping any item back.

Resizing Policy

We offer complimentary resizing on selected jewelry pieces within 30 days of delivery.

Certain designs, eternity bands, and custom-made jewelry may have resizing limitations. Additional charges may apply for significant size adjustments.

Please contact our team before sending your jewelry for resizing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Custom jewelry, made-to-order pieces, and CAD-approved orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method.
